Welcome to TravelTukas!

1. Services

We provide travel consultation, itinerary planning, and related advisory services for travel within India and other South Asian countries. We do not operate as a tour operator, transport provider, or accommodation supplier. All bookings with third-party vendors are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

2. Payments

Full or partial payment is required to confirm any service. Payment methods will be communicated upon booking confirmation. Prices are quoted in EUR and may be subject to change prior to final confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.

• For packages or bookings arranged through third-party vendors, their refund and cancellation policies apply.

• If we cancel a service for any reason, clients are entitled to a full refund of our consultancy fee only.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of written cancellation confirmation

4. Responsibility

We act solely as consultants and facilitators. We are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, losses, injuries, or damages caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our control (including weather, political unrest, or force majeure events).

5. Travel Documents & Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, insurance, vaccinations, and any other travel documentation required by authorities.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Personal information collected is used only for the purpose of providing travel-related services and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Republic of Lithuania.
